This Northeast Indian inspired sauce uses the sweet and fruity fusions from the fiery and iconic ghost pepper alongside the powerful earthy undertones in the turmeric. The fruity orange flavouring creates room for a tangy side note merged with these intense seasonings to ignite any dish.
